The installation of globe valves, throttle valves, check valves, valve bodies and filters of automatic control valves shall comply with the requirements of design documents and the relevant provisions of GB/T 24919 of the current national standard "General Requirements for Installation, Use and Maintenance of Industrial Valves", and shall comply with the following provisions:

1. 2. Installation of check valve and automatic control valve spool and filter core should be carried out after sewage is discharged from the system. When the spool is not disassembled or is not suitable for disassembly according to the requirements of technical documents, measures should be taken to prevent spool damage during installation and sewage discharge.

3. When the valves are installed in rows, the center of the valve handwheel should be in the same straight line.

4. Valves and filters that need to be installed on site for cryogenic equipment should reserve the thickness of the cold insulation layer according to the design requirements, and should not be embedded in the cold insulation layer.

The spool may be damaged by factors such as temperature effect during welding and impurities in sewage discharge. Therefore, paragraph 2 requires corresponding protection measures. 2. Ammonia special pressure gauge must be used in ammonia refrigeration system.
