3. Anti-flying valve stem shoulder

In order to prevent the valve stem from flying out due to the abnormal increase in the internal pressure of the valve, the floating ball valve is provided with a shoulder on the lower part of the valve stem. In addition, to prevent the occurrence of a fire, the valve stem sealing packing will burn out and leak, a thrust bearing is set at the contact point between the lower shoulder of the valve stem and the valve body to form an inverted sealing seat to prevent leakage and avoid the expansion of accidents.

For ordinary ball valves, if the stem packing is burnt, or the packing gland and the bolts are defective, the stem will easily fly out of the fluid under the action of internal pressure, causing accidents, even to the extent of the accident, which is not required by the safety requirements Allowed.

4. Anti-static function

In order to prevent static electricity generated by the friction between the ball and valve stem and TFE or RPPL, the floating ball valve is prone to static electricity to ignite and ignite the easy medium and cause working conditions accidents. Electrostatic springs are set between the valve stem and the ball and between the ball and the stem. The static electricity is led into the ground through the pipeline to ensure the safety of the system.

5. No leakage valve body sealing structure

The connection between the valve body and the side valve body is sealed by gaskets. Factors such as fire, high-temperature vibration and unbalanced torque can cause this external leakage. In addition to relying on gaskets for sealing, the ball valve is specially designed for the valve body and the metal of the side valve body forms a metal seal to ensure no leakage.
