The fluorine lined discharge valve is designed for the opening and closing control of various strong corrosive media. The flanges at both ends of the fluorine lined discharge valve are of different sizes. One end is the standard flange and the other end is the flange matching the discharge hole at the bottom of the reactor. It is very convenient to be connected at the bottom of the reactor. The structure of the valve is floating straight through type, the connection form is flange, the valve shell is made of carbon steel lined with fluoroplastic, the valve ball is made of fluoroplastic technology which is wrapped with the integral metal insert of the valve rod, and it has the characteristics of good corrosion resistance, flexible opening and closing, fast speed, beautiful appearance, high strength and durability. It is a corrosion-resistant valve widely used in modern chemical process.
Fluorine lined discharge ball valve is made by rotating the valve disc to make the valve unblocked or blocked. The inner side of the valve disc and the valve body are all made of fluorine plastic lining technology. It has the advantages of light switch, small volume, reliable sealing, simple structure, convenient maintenance, wide range of use, etc.
Fluorine lined ball valve adopts fluorine plastic lining technology. The valve body adopts investment casting with high strength and smooth appearance. All the flow passage parts in contact with the liquid are fluorine plastic. Therefore, it is suitable for water, chemical corrosion products and strong oxidants of various concentrations of - 50 ℃ ~ 150 ℃, F46 is used for pipelines of various concentrations of strong alkali organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid media 。
